Foundation Charter:

1.  Bringing Jewish people any where closer to Judaism by supporting the following:
   • Jewish outreach seminars, publications, books, audio, and video materials
   • Adult Jewish Education (Kollels), Religious Jewish Schools, and Yeshivas
2. Awarding scholarships to children of religious Jewish educators (depending on available funds).
   • The scholarships would be paid to their Jewish schools under their names
3.  Helping the poor

There will be no salary for any board member of the foundation. Less than 1% of the collected funds would be allocated for office expenses, mailing, advertising, legal expenses, or any other related expenses.
