Foundation Charter:

1.  Bringing Jewish people anywhere closer to Judaism by supporting the following:
   • Jewish outreach seminars, publications, books, audio and video materials
   • Adult Jewish Education (Kollels) Religious Jewish Schools and Yeshivas
2. Awarding scholarships to children of religious Jewish educators (depending on available funds).
   • The scholarships would be paid to their Jewish schools under their names
3.  Helping the poor

There will be no salary for any of board members of the foundation. Less than 1% of collected funds would go for office expenses, mailing, advertising, legal expenses or any related expenses.
